About Tom Busillo
My mother, part of "the greatest generation," began working in 1946 as a librarian's assistant. Within three years, she was the head librarian at a major research facility of what is now a Fortune 50 multinational. When I came along, she retired from the workforce - and I have always felt guilty about that. At the time the choice was "career" OR "children". I want to do what I can to support "career" AND "children" for those who desire both.
